The old office - five years later......

Tomorrow it is five years since we moved from Willow Pavilion. That section on the right where there are three sets of windows on each floor. The top floor, left two windows - that was where my office was. The windows were probably 8 x 4 feet facing south - right into the sun! I thought I would die from heat but, oddly enough, it seemed to be the only air conditioned part of that whole floor - hahahahaha. Plus I covered both windows with white 8 1/2" x 11" paper to give it more sun blocking. It must have worked because I was never hot in there. I've lucked out in the new building - seem to be in the coldest area yet again.  Yay!  Wonder who's going to move into Willow one of these days....

Yay - back to work!

Took a little drive to the Fraser River last Sunday. Peaceful.

Back to work this week - decent. :)

Off the track for a bit...

Have been busy with work and now a short medical leave. Kind of pathetic, but I miss my office. Can't wait to get back.

Then I hope the weather improves, since it's fricken below zero and freezing. Thank God I don't HAVE to go out for that reason only. I want to get some more HDR shots!!!! Missing my picture taking days......

November 12th - walked to Rmd Ctr

No tripod so had to balance on RR's car. It's "ok" and I especially love the colours! Grunge setting.

I edited it to include the car window for the reflection at Nonie's suggestion.

Giant Rainbow November 5th

Taken while waiting for a red light. It was so huge I had to take two photos and join them - that's why it looks so weird. I think I would have needed some kind of wide angle lens to get the whole thing in one shot anyway. But it was huge and lovely!
