Richmond Community Garden - August 19, 2010

After Minoru Park, Bea and I went to Richmond Community Garden, which is located at the far west end of Westminster Highway. You have to go past Terra Nova and turn right on Barnard and then find Westminster again and go west. It's a very calm and peaceful there.

These orange flowers are nasturtiums - Bea says you can put them in salads!!!!!!!!

It was a drizzly, grey day - just my type!

Cute, teensie blue flowers.......

Not quite in focus but they were SOOOOOOOOOO teensie! It was raining and I got lazy. But they are so cute. (Sunday, May 30/10)

Purple flowers.............

Some lovely purple flowers - don't know what they are, but they were growing by the side of the road. Love the rain drops, as usual. Look closely at the flower farthest on the right - two little tiny rain drops sitting there. :)

Can you believe these were given to me on May 9th! Over two weeks ago and still going strong..............
