Flowers at Dr. K's. I love using the macro lens to get close-ups. These two were without the flash. It was about 7 p.m.
This one was taken with the flash - makes the colour look off. The true colour is the shots above.

Rings Watch! Sort of.......
March 8th - I noticed some activity at the Olympic rings and thought I'd record them dismantling the rings. Came upon this scene. I didn't recall seeing those big half moon pieces but didn't really know what was going on.
March 9th - there didn't seem to have been much activity in a day. I mean, HOW LONG does it take to dismantle some rings!
March 10th - I'm thinking - OK, where the hell did they hide those half moons all that time!
March 11th - AHA! I see - these must be something to do with the PARAlympics. All starts to make a big of sense.
Later that night - didn't have my camera on the right setting for night shots and I still need a tripod, but you get the idea. Red, blue and green.Today they were all just white. Can't seem to find any references to them online. Oh well, they are cute. :)
