Goodbye, December!!!!!!!!!!

December 21st!

December 22.

December 22.

Part of our tree. It looked pretty good this year.
Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of it at night. .... Next year!

I'm sure we had over 50 cm of snow. Hated it!
Now we have to worry about it flooding! ARGH!
Looking forward to normalcy. :D

LOL cards

Cards I received from my LOL pals!
There are more in the mail but I'll add them later. :D

Nip/Tuck

I love these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today

See the pile of snow on this little roof beside our apartment? That's how much snow has fallen since about Saturday. I'm sure it's over a foot. Hate it!

Driveway

Yes, it's beautiful (Greater) Vancouver - Lalaland, Canada. We've had the snow removal guys out 4 times in the past week. I think this pile is about 5 feet high. And more snow tomorrow?! As Grandma would say - "Give me strength!!!!!!!" :D

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Will it ever end!!!!!!!!!!

Still naked...

Well, unbelievably, we bought our Christmas tree more than just 1 day before Christmas - ROFL! It looks great with the blue lights on the mantle, but unfortunately, you can't see much in the dark. So, I guess we'll decorate it. :D

Today!

Sigh.... Hate this snow!

In lockdown mode....

The snow wouldn't be so bad by itself .... but add to it the rain and wet roads, throw in subzero temperatures, and you end up with ice, so the Lower Mainland is one big skating rink!  Man, I hate this!

Full Moon Tomorrow

And that would be how it looks tonight.... It looks like a street lamp. I REALLY need to use my proper camera and see if I can get a decent picture! The last few days at work have been weird - I blame that thing in the sky. :D  And they are saying snow tomorrow. Bah, humbug!

Hey, kids.....

Don't drop the soap on your foot in the shower - or you'll have one of these, too. :D

What's up

It seems a little strange that one tree has a ton of autumn leaves still on it
and we have Christmas lights on the other trees. :D
Sorry - it's a little blurry...

Went for a walk today....

It was nice and sunny, crisp, with a little breeze. I loved it!
Saw some neat things.... like this fat tree! Just looked interesting.

You might not be able to see the moon, but it's just to the right of the middle of the picture, above some clouds, looks like a little cloud itself. But it looked great.

The RCMP are on the way to the mall. I love their Winnebago!

I'd love to travel around in one of these!

My phone won't take great pictures unless there's tons of light, so these were quite dark.
Nice, though. I'll have to remember my "real" camera next time we go walking.... :D

Daily photo

I'm thinking of a daily photo idea, cause that's nearly what I'm doing. But I need some good subject matter.

Dogs and Trees

I forgot to mention that we went to guide dog trivia the other night. We've been going for about 4 or 5 years now, with Frank and Libby and their assorted guests. It's an event to raise money for guide dogs, it's held in Ladner and we always have a great time. The first year we came in 4th and it's been downhill ever since - hahahahaha.

Anyway, we usually go to the White Spot in Tswwassen for dinner beforehand and ... they had a Christmas tree. Very lovely. Don't think I've captured its niceness, but ... I was there. :D

How cute is this!

These oranges are barely big enough to peel! Talk about a make work project!
But they are so cute!

This is the first time I've seen these. Kids would love them. :D
They are good, but you have to eat a lot of them!
